At the back of the house there is a patio and barbecue leading to the communal garden and swimming pool. Downstairs there is a modern fitted kitchen with all appliances, a large open plan dining and sitting room area and a downstairs shower room. Upstairs there are 4 large bedrooms and the main bathroom leading to 2 terraces with views to the sea and mountains. There is also WiFi available at the property. The property is available to rent to families without pets for a minimum stay of a fortnight, between July and August only, for 500 EUROS per week. The owner lives nearby should there be any extra requirements. Transport to and from the airport may be provided at small extra.
